Your package is prepared in our La Regrippière factory and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends, public holidays, and customized sweaters which have a preparation time of one week). You will be notified by email as soon as your package is shipped, and you will receive the tracking number of your order to keep you informed of the proper routing of your package.
