Matières Françaises is the story of Pierre Schmitt, who for several years worked for the rehabilitation of the Alsatian textile industry and saved several hundred-year-old textile factories in perdition. Royal Mer and Matières Françaises are now working together to promote French craftsmanship and know-how, and together they are (re)designing the workwear jacket.
