RULES OF THE “GREAT SUMMER COMPETITION”
FREE AND WITHOUT PURCHASE OBLIGATION
Article 1: Organizing company
ROYAL MER, SAS with capital of 20,000 euros, registered in the Trade Register
and Saint-Malo Companies under number 902 797 075, whose head office is
located at 40 RUE LEVAVASSEUR 35800 DINARD (hereinafter referred to as the “Company
organizer” or “ROYAL MER”),
Organized in partnership with:
LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS, SAS with capital of 767,064.00 euros, whose registered office
is located at 16 Rue des Glenans, 29800 in Plouedern, registered in the Register of
Commerce and Companies of Brest under number 385246640 (hereinafter referred to as “
THE IRISH COUNTER”).
HOTEL LA FALAISE DINARD, SAS with capital of 1,750,000 euros, whose head office
is located at Avenue du Chateau Hebert, 35800 in Dinard, registered in the Register of
Commerce and Companies of Saint Malo under number 377 969 860 (hereinafter
called “EMERIA DINARD”).
From July 04, 2024 08:00:00 to August 04, 2024 23:59:59, Paris time, an operation
completely free and without obligation to purchase entitled “Grand Jeu Concours” (hereinafter
hereinafter referred to as “the Operation”) accessible on the Internet at the following address: https://
form.typeform.com/to/ntISIyUk (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). The terms of
participation in the Operation are described in these regulations (hereinafter referred to as
the “Regulations”).
Article 2: General conditions of participation
Participation in the Operation is free of charge and without obligation to purchase.

the Operation.
The information provided by Participants will be used in accordance with Article
8 hereof.
Article 3: Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation in the Operation implies a loyal attitude on the part of each
Participant as well as the express and unreserved acceptance by the Participant of the
Regulations which he acknowledges having read before his participation in
the Operation, the principle of the Operation, the General Conditions of Use of the Site
and the rules of ethics in force on the Internet (etiquette, charter of good
conduct, etc.) and their respect.
Any maneuver aimed at circumventing the Regulations, to increase one's chances of
detriment of other Participants and, more generally, any behavior
fraudulent (including attempted fraud and/or cheating) and/or contrary to the
Regulations, immediately and irrevocably results in the cancellation of participation
to the Operation of the offending Participant and the cancellation, where applicable, of the allocation
of the Prize if the Participant has won one, without prejudice to any possible
compensation that ROYAL MER or LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS or EMERIA DINARD
would be entitled to claim.
The Organizing Company also reserves the right to prosecute anyone who does not
would comply with these provisions. The Organizing Company may decide
to cancel the Operation if it appears that obvious fraud has occurred under

Article 4: Principles and modalities of the Operation

means of allowing the same person to participate several times in
the Operation. In the event of multiple participations by the same Participant, his/her
participation in the Operation will be immediately and automatically cancelled.

The Participant is informed and accepts that the information entered in the form
registration is proof of his identity and undertakes to be able to provide proof at any time
moment. As such, the Organizing Company reserves the right to claim any
supporting documentation necessary to establish that the Participant meets the conditions of
participation imposed by the Regulations. Any Participant who refuses to present
the requested supporting documents within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from
the request will be considered as waiving its participation and, where applicable, the
Award obtained, without it being able to cause harm to the Organizing Company.
No non-compliant participation (i.e. whose contact details are inaccurate and/or
incomplete) will not be taken into account. Any non-conformity will result in the nullity of
full right of participation.
The Organizing Company declines all responsibility in the event that the contact details
which would have been provided to him by the Participant would prove to be erroneous or incorrect.
Any Participant who does not comply with the conditions set out in this article and more
generally, the conditions set by the Regulation, will be immediately and
full right to its participation in the cancelled Operation.
Article 5: Designation of the Winner
At the end of the Operation, one (1) person will be drawn at random, from all the
Participants who have validly participated in the Operation (hereinafter the “Winner”).
The draw will take place no later than August 5, 2024.
Article 6: Description and obtaining of allocations
The winner will be awarded:

availability.
A voucher for one night in a double room on the sea side, half-board, as well as one day

The LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS, ROYAL MER and EMERIA DINARD Endowments will not be able to

In cases where the Endowment is no longer available for reasons beyond its control

In the event that the winner cannot be reached or does not follow the

EMERIA DINARD cannot be held responsible in any way in the event of problems
encountered during the presentation of each of the Endowments.
Without prejudice to any legal action, neither the Organizing Company nor LE COMPTOIR
IRLANDAIS nor EMERIA DINARD are required to provide the Winner with any
any Endowment if the latter has clearly, and by any means,
succeeded in distorting the outcome of the Operation or failed to comply with this
Regulations.
Article 7: Advertising and Promotion of the Winner
When contacting the Winner, the Organizing Company, LE COMPTOIR
IRLANDAIS and EMERIA DINARD may request him to obtain his agreement for
use his/her name, first name, city of residence in any public event.

Article 8: Protection of personal data
Personal data communicated by Participants, collected in
the framework of the Operation, will be subject to computer processing by the company
organizer, responsible for processing, for the purposes of registering participations,
to designate the Winner, to inform the Winner of the result of the Operation and to allow
the Organizing Company, LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS and EMERIA DINARD to make
benefit the Winner from his Prize.
With the exception of the data cited in Article 7, and subject to the provisions provided for
herein, all data is collected solely for the purpose of
the Operation and will all be deleted upon its completion.
Failure to provide personal data will result in the
Participant of not being able to participate in the Operation. Similarly, the fact of participating in
The Operation implies that in the event of a win, the data will be transmitted to LE COMPTOIR
IRLANDAIS and EMERIA DINARD to enable them to deliver the Endowment to the
Winner by ROYAL MER. Refusal of such transmission implies cancellation of
full right to participate in the Operation.
Subject to having obtained the prior and express consent of the Participants:

- The data will be deleted after a period of three (3) years without response.

Article 9: Intellectual property of the Organizing Company
The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements
making up the Operation, including these Regulations, are strictly prohibited.
All brands, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs
belonging to the Organizing Company and/or to LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS and/or to
EMERIA DINARD and in particular reproduced on the Site or on any other element linked to
the Operation are the exclusive property of the Organizing Company and/or LE COMPTOIR
IRLANDAIS and/or EMERIA DINARD and are protected as such by copyright.

Article 10: Liability
The method of delivery of the Grants will be carried out under the responsibility of the Company
Organizer for the two ROYAL MER sweaters, from LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS for the
gift voucher from LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS, and from EMERIA DINARD for the gift voucher

inherent in any connection and transmission, the lack of protection of certain
data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by

The Organizing Company, nor LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS, nor EMERIA DINARD can
be held responsible if access to the Operation is temporarily suspended
for update or maintenance reasons.
The Organizing Company, LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS and EMERIA DINARD inform
that, taking into account the characteristics of the Internet network, such as the free capture of
information disseminated and the difficulty, or even impossibility, of controlling the use which
could be made by third parties, they cannot be held responsible
of any misuse of this information.
Consequently, neither the Organizing Company, nor LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS, nor EMERIA
DINARD may not under any circumstances be held responsible, without this
list is exhaustive:
From the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on
Internet ;
Any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the smooth running/
operation of the Operation;
Failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;
Loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of
any data;
Routing problems;
From the malfunction of any software;
Consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, failure
technique ;
Any damage caused to a Participant’s computer;
From any technical, hardware and software failure of any nature (state of the
line, EDF breakdown, server incident, accidental disconnection, etc.), having prevented or
limited the possibility of participating in the Operation, of benefiting from its possible
Endowment or having damaged a Participant's system.
Neither the Organizing Company, nor LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS, nor EMERIA DINARD
may be held liable for fraudulent use of connection rights
or awarding of Prizes to the Winners.
It is the sole responsibility of each Participant to have an email address
valid for the entire duration of the Operation and at least thirty (30) calendar days
after its end, in order to allow the Organizing Company, LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS and
EMERIA DINARD, if applicable, to contact him for the allocation of the
Endowment.
It is specified that neither the Organizing Company, nor LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS, nor EMERIA
DINARD cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage which
would result, in any way, from a connection to the Site.
It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to
protect your own data and/or software stored on your computer equipment
against any attack.
Connection to the Site and participation in the Operation by any person is done under his/her
full responsibility.
The Organizing Company, LE COMPTOIR IRLANDAIS and EMERIA DINARD may
prevail, in particular for the purposes of proof, of any act, fact or omission, of
programs, data, files, records, operations and other items (such as
monitoring reports or other statements) established, received or kept directly or
indirectly by it, in particular in its information systems, in relation to
use of the Site.
Participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or force
probative evidence of the above elements, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever
or which would specify that certain documents must be written or signed by the
parties to constitute evidence. Thus, the elements considered constitute

Article 11: Reimbursement conditions
The Operation is free and without obligation to purchase. Thus and subject to the conditions

connection costs incurred for their participation in the Operation.
The amount reimbursed will be calculated on the basis of a flat-rate estimate of the duration
connection required to participate in the Operation, up to a limit of three (3)
minutes at the connection rate applied by the Participant's internet provider
concerned.
Refunds are limited to one refund per Participant over the entire
duration of the Operation.
The refund request must be made in writing, in a stamped envelope
at the current slow rate and addressed to:

To be sent to the Organizing Company before August 31, 2024, postmarked
being authentic,

Each submission should only include one refund request, for a

Where applicable, the stamp charges incurred for such a request will be

Costs related to photocopies of supporting documents are reimbursed on the basis of 0.15 euro cents per sheet, upon simple request made in the request for reimbursement of connection costs.
The refund will be made by bank transfer, sent within sixty (60)
days of receipt of the request, after verification of the validity of the request and
in particular the conformity of the information contained in the reimbursement request letter with the information recorded on the Registration form entered on the Site.
Participants not paying connection fees related to the importance of their
communications (package holders, cybercable users, ADSL, etc.)
will not be able to obtain a refund (including for their subscription fees) unless
if the Participant justifies in writing having incurred costs specifically to participate in the Operation.
Any request that is incomplete, illegible or contains false or incorrect information
will not be taken into account.
Article 12: Regulations
A copy of these Regulations is sent free of charge to any person who requests it.

Article 13: Amendment of the Regulations
The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify the articles of this
Regulations and in particular the rules of the Operation and the Allocation awarded,
mainly to take into account changes in legal provisions,
regulatory or administrative, judicial decisions, recommendations
issued by the organizations responsible for the administration of the Internet network, and the
commercial policy of the Organizing Company.
Article 14: Disputes
Any questions of application or interpretation of the Regulations or any questions
unforeseen events which may arise will be resolved sovereignly, according to the nature
of the question, by the Organizing Company.
The Regulations and the Operation are subject to French law. Participants are therefore
subject to French regulations.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Operation which cannot be settled amicably will be
submitted to the competent courts of PARIS.
In the event that one of the clauses of the Regulations is declared null and void and not
avenue, this shall in no way affect the validity of the Regulations themselves and
all its other clauses would retain their force and scope.
